About the Role

This fantastic contract opportunity exists for strong customer care consultants with an eye for detail and eagerness to learn. The key to success is good communication and time management. The role is varied, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who likes to be kept busy. You will be working in a large team environment, however will be required to work autonomously at times.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality, professional and confidential administrative support services to public and private sector clients
  • Managing relationships and expediting the return of necessary documents with the Client/ Employer
  • Provide telephone and/or written contact with clients and third party clients to obtain additional Information
  • Provide support and advice on customer accounts from internal departments and external parties including financiers
  • Liaise with the sales team to keep them informed of the progression of the scope of work
  • Relevant reports kept up to date and accurate
  • Maintain and update records in the system of every customer transaction including details of comments, inquiries, complaints and actions taken
  • Managing monthly portfolios to ensure proactive measures are implemented for an optimal customer experience
  • Ensure the timely, effective and accurate data entry
  • Escalate errors in customer accounts to the team leader in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with queries and questions

About You

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Administration experience
  • Knowledge of MS programs
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong and effective communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
