About the Role

This corporate receptionist opportunity is a fixed term contract with an immediate start. This role is multi-faceted with duties of reception and administration. This opportunity allows you to work autonomously however it is vital that you are collaborative, driven and passionate about high end client interactions. You will not only be representing yourself but also the greater business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front reception area
  • Interact with high level stakeholders including CEO's, Executive Directors, Delegates and more
  • Manage all meeting rooms and board rooms
  • Organise catering and other event details
  • Office preparation for client meetings and staff functions
  • Provide high quality, professional and confidential administrative support services
  • Assist with the wider team and their overflow of administration duties
  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • General banking duties
  • Mail collection
  • Documents formatting
  • Travel, diary and email management
  • Scanning, filing, and archiving
  • Stationary orders

About You

  • Previous corporate reception and administration experience is essential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft package
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong and effective communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
