Opportunities have become available for experienced Contact Centre Agents for 2 month assignments located on the Sunshine Coast. About the Role
- Answering and responding a high volume of incoming calls from the Public
- Resolve and triage customer queries as required
- Synthesising and relaying information back in a clear and concise manner
- Utilising a database to look up information and data entry
- Email correspondence and inbox management as required
- MUST have Contact Centre experience.
- Exceptional customer service delivery
- Ability to think on your feet and adaptability to differing tasks in a high volume capacity
- 24/7 Rotating roster - You must have full availability for some evening shifts and weekend shifts
- Highly attractive hourly rate + super $40+ an hour
- All training provided-
- Parking available on-site
- Supportive contact centre team leaders and management
