My client is a boutique wealth management company based on the city fringe close the train line they have several offices throughout Queensland with a client base focusing on small to medium size business.
About the Role
The organisation have no decided to bring the credit / collections in-house which has created a very excited need for a newly created credit / collections offices to work in a sole charge role focusing on mainly outbound collections calls with their clients who are predominantly small to medium size organisation alongside building key stakeholder relationships internal with the Accountant within the business.
Ideally you will have a professional services background along with outstanding communication skills and the ability to establish rapport instantly with both customer and the internal team of accountants. You will have solid background in credit / collections of around 3-5 years and be able to make the judgement call when to push back on the relevant team member and escalate any problem accounts, you will also possess:
- Excellent time managements skills
- Intermediate Excel
- Ability to communicate with team members of all levels
- Ability to start 2nd March and commit to a six month assignment with the possibility of a permeant role for the right candidate
- Credit / Collections experience of 3/5 years
- Corporately presented
