About the Role
As a collections officer, you will be part of a large credit team of ten reporting to the credit manager you will be responsible for your own ledger and efficient and effective collection of overdue invoices, primarily through telephone and email negotiations and dispute resolution along with working with the wider credit team to ensure the timely collections are adhered to. You will be long last relationships with your clients and have the ability to negotiate effective payment plans.

About You

  • Previous collections experience of 2/3 years
  • Team players / excellent time management
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to easily build lasting relationships with customers
  • Excellent negotiations skills
  • Previous ERP systems experience
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
