About the Role
This exceptional opportunity requires a blend of high-level administration, financial acumen, and customer service from an experienced Client Service Coordinator. Your success will be determined by your ability to build rapport, maintain workflow, and be the first point of contact for the firm's clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with offshore Accountants to manage the workflow for a portfolio of clients within agreed KPI timeframes
  • Scheduling meetings with clients for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting deadlines
  • Liaise with clients to gather the required documentation and query resolution
  • Preparation of reports, documents, and letters for client communication
  • Invoicing and debtor management
  • Database management
  • Office and team administration support as directed

About You
  • Advanced written and verbal communications skills
  • Previous executive administration experience
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong judgment, integrity and independence
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Ability to identify and action problems while being aware of delegated authority
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with queries and questions
  • Highly effective time management and organisational skills
  • Strong personal accountability and self-direction
