About the Role
This unique opportuity equires a blend of commerciality, dedication and innovation from an experienced Senior Administrator/Client Advisor. Your success will be determined by your ability to build rapport, remain one step ahead, maintain work flow along with providing an exceptional and holistic service to clients.

You responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Work closely with multiple areas of the organisation including marketing, risk and compliance, IT, distribution and portfolio
  • Regular liaison with clients, with a predominant focus on Financial Advisors
  • Effective support to ensure deadlines and work schedules are met
  • Assist with project deliverables
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging working environment
  • Business development support including monthly market updates, event management, database management, correspondence in relation to portfolios
  • Supporting the development and distribution of marketing collateral
  • CRM management including the maintenance of client/advisor group details and process improvement
  • The set-up and maintenance of portfolios and related reports and client-related correspondence

About You

  • Advanced written and verbal communications skills
  • Advanced MS Office Suite
  • Previous executive administration experience
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong judgment, integrity and independence
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Ability to identify and action problems while being aware of delegated authority
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with queries and questions
  • Highly effective time management and organisational skills
  • Understanding of excel principals and report generation

Previous expierence within the financial serices industry is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
