Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) will join the executive leadership team and demonstrate a commitment to, and alignment with the high standards of performance, values driven leadership, and culture of continuous improvement that currently exists in the team and organisation.

Building on the progress made over the last 4 years, this position will lead service and digital transformation and projects to improve the customer experience, eliminate duplication and wasted effort, and drive efficiency. This role will lead the City of Glen Eira's service review and integrated planning frameworks and work collaboratively across the organisation to influence change that enhances community outcomes. The role also provides leadership to the corporate planning and performance management process, acting as a centre of excellence for reporting, accountability, data led decision making.

To be considered for this enviable opportunity, you will be a proven leader with demonstrated experience leading transformation in a large, complex, customer-focused organisation. You will be adept in systemic and cultural change management and have excellent business acumen. Politically astute, you will demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence and have a strong track record in inspiring staff and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. Furthermore, you hold relevant tertiary and post-graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline.
