Having experienced significant growth over the last 5 years the organisation is entering into the next stage of its development and is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic and financial leadership through this growth period.
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO is an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for Finance & Payroll, Information Technology, Procurement & Contracts, Plan Management Service and Performance & Compliance across all facets of the business.
We are seeking an experienced finance and business professional who is recognised for their commercial and financial acumen and strategic thinking with sound problem solving, negotiation and communication skills. You are someone who is confident in high-level stakeholder engagement and who has had success in developing and leading high performing teams.
It is essential that you have the appropriate tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Economics and can demonstrate proven success in high growth service delivery organisations. Successful candidates will be subject to satisfactory background and probity checks.
An understanding of the not-for-profit organisation will be well regarded.
