The charity has experienced significant growth since its inception in 2009 and now has a dedicated team and volunteer workforce of approximately 3000 people across three sites (Clayton, Geelong and Eureka) and home environments. St Kilda Mums is a value driven organisation working with and supporting existing social services and Maternal and Health nurses with a vision of a future where we share more, waste less and care for every child.
This is an incredible opportunity to join St Kilda Mums at a time of growth and transformation for the organisation. Reporting to the Chair and working closely with a well aligned and driven Board, the CEO will contribute to and deliver the new strategic plan in 2021. The CEO will take the organisation on a journey of change during this next phase, to ensure the continued success of St Kilda Mums in supporting the community.
