Moira Shire Council is located in a picturesque and tranquil part of North East Victoria, bounded by the Murray, Goulburn and Ovens Rivers and with the main Shire office based in Cobram, servicing the towns of Cobram, Yarrawonga, Nathalia, Numurkah, as well as eighteen smaller towns and communities. Reporting to and working closely with a collaborative and community focused Council, you will truly embed yourself within the Moira community. You will lead and build a culture of innovation and accountability, where staff are focused on outcomes and open to the challenge of new ways of thinking and doing. Actively connecting with State and Federal governments, key stakeholders and relevant industries, you will develop an action orientated approach for Moira to further build the economic drivers to grow the region. With the support of Council you will look to explore new partnerships and opportunities to diversify revenue streams.
