Accident Compensation Conciliation Services (ACCS) is a purpose driven, values-based organisation that helps resolve workers compensation disputes in Victoria, working with between workers, employers, WorkCover agents and self-insurers, using alternative dispute resolution principles. Established in late 2017 as an independent Victorian statutory authority, and reporting to the Minster for Workplace Safety, the organisation has built a strong foundation and has a bright and prosperous future. Whilst working to further enhance the current conciliation service and be a nationally recognised leader, there is potential for enhanced ADR powers following the Government's commitment to implement recommendations of the Ombudsman, which will strengthen and boost the organisation's valuable role in the resolution of disputes.

With transformation well underway, ACCS is seeking a dynamic and energetic CEO to drive the future growth and development of the organisation including continuing to embed a supportive, cohesive and collaborative culture. Reporting to, and working collaboratively with, a forward-thinking Board, you will be responsible for driving service enhancement and extending ACCS' role in strengthening the workers compensation system. You will ensure the committed and skilled team is highly motivated and engaged, aligned with the organisational vision and strategy, and providing timely, fair, and responsive dispute resolution services to the Victorian community.

Recognised as an authentic, inclusive and people-orientated leader, committed to fairness and integrity, you bring a proven track record as a senior executive with a sound understanding of workers compensation, employee relations, working within a legislative framework and/or Alternative Dispute Resolution. You pride yourself on your thought leadership and ability to drive and deliver quality services and cultural transformation. You are highly regarded for your sound judgment and exceptional interpersonal skills, together with a natural ability to develop strong, effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. As CEO you will also be the Senior Conciliation Officer, responsible for delivery of services in accordance with legislative requirements.
