Your primary purpose is delivering change management and advice for the management team within the whole government directorate. You will be managing a wide variety of complex stakeholder relationships, both internal and external. The work includes all aspects of people change management from leadership and direction to communication and engagement. The projects you will be managing are:
- Implementation of a full team restructure
- Embed and implement the strengthened structure to the business
- Implementation of technology programs in to the directorate
This is a highly regulated environment with complex stakeholders. This is NOT an IT change role, this is a people and stakeholder centric role with people who are resistant to change, and projects that are working under conflicting and strict deadlines.
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate proven experience in and autonomous change management role in a highly regulated industry. Additional experience in project management is favourable but not essential.
