They are looking to hire a talented and Change Analyst to join them on a 6-month initial basis with definite room for extension.
About the Role
The Change Analyst will report to the Change Manager. You will be part of the Change Management team and be responsible for undertaking change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation, communication and training to prepare the organisation for change and ensure that solutions are adopted successfully.
- Experience in a change role supporting the implementation of software applications and business process improvements
- Strong communication skills with proven experience in the design, development, delivery and management of change communications
- Well-developed facilitation and training skills; proven experience in training needs analysis, development of plans, workshops, training, quick reference guides and related material
- Strong interpersonal, consultation, negotiation skills; ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders conduct activities such as Gap Analysis, Service Capability & Readiness Assessments Document Change Plans and Training Validations.
