Gforce was established in 1983 as a community-based Training Organsiation to provide apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities in the Geelong region. Gforce has significantly expanded professional services to cater for all employment and recruitment needs across Victoria. Gforce also now offers a number of employment services including Jobactive, Transition to work - youth employment, ParentsNext and EGF Solutions - a provider of Disability Employment services.
Reporting to an inclusive, values driven and engaged Board, the CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership in line with Gforce's vision and objectives. As a resilient, engaging and empathic leader, you will take an active role engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, building trust and credibility and continuing to strengthen existing partnerships and explore new business opportunities. You will continue to drive a high performance culture and encourage your team to exceed client expectations in line with the company's vision and objectives.
You have a proven track record driving an inclusive, safe, open and positive culture and you are renowned for your natural ability to influence, advocate and build strong diverse stakeholder relationships. Your sound financial management skills, your ability to think big picture and embed innovation into business operations, decisions and solutions are essential. Previous experience working closely with a board, together with your demonstrated executive level leadership experience gained from within a values based environment will be well regarded. This is an exciting opportunity to take Gforce through to the next stage of innovation and growth and engage with both State and Federal Government, industry partner organisations or agencies, the community and clients within Geelong and Victoria.
