About the Role

Looking for CCM Developer / SmartComm Developer to be part of their growing communications team based in Melbourne CBD.

Responsibilities :

• Create and build complex templates in Smartcomms platform
• Map SmartComms templates into Salesforce QA/Pre Prod/Prod environments
• Create and write test XMLs
• Manage hyper-care & post production
• Create test scenarios and perform tests
• Be the business lead and key point of contact for Smartcomms

About You

• Strong experience in CCM (Customer Communications Management) using SmartComms
• Experience in using CRM platforms like Salesforce - Highly desirable
• Preparation of the XML data schemas and their mapping to business data objects
• Experience in using Jira and Confluence, Agile environment
