Careers Advisor / Outbound sales

About the Role:
Davidson has exciting new opportunities for experienced Sales representatives. These are Careers Advisory roles where you will need to self-manage and have excellent attention to detail.

These are permanent opportunities paying $60k + super + comms, with on-target earnings of $70-80K + super. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit, growing, fun and supportive team within a well-known national organisation.

If you are a vibrant, enthusiastic call centre professional with a background in sales, door knocking or membership sales - we want you! You will demonstrate a positive attitude and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers - all warm calls
• exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Update and maintain a customer database
• Respond to email enquiries
• Converting warm leads into sales

Skills and Experience:

• Previous sales experience within a call centre environment
• Proven success rates and a 'hunger' to win
• Strong "persuasive" capabilities
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Well-developed communication skills - both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Confident and relaxed in dealing with "face to face" situations as well as telephone conversations
