About the Company
This national retail company is looking for two highly competent administrators to support their Category Team on a minimum of two months.
Whilst working from home, you will be given amazing support to settle into this assignment, with the chance to work with a highly engaged, personable and fun team of 15.
You will be working closely with an Assistant Category Manager and focussing on accountabilities including promotional data and excel spreadsheets/emails.
About the Role
Additional duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Providing administrative support to the category team
- Managing internal data and reports
- Data analysis in MS Excel (V-Look-ups & Pivot Tables)
- Spreadsheet creation
- Updating and reviewing shared information
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong administrative experience (previous experience supporting a team is ideal)
- Advanced Excel and Word skills (essential to be proficient in V-lookups and Pivot Tables)
- Strong problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
Your outgoing, positive and can-do attitude will be valued in this team! You will also be required to work well autonomously whilst also being a great team player.
Remaining calm under pressure is also key.
