About the Role
- Providing general administrative support and Data Entry
- Answering and responding incoming calls from the Public
- Experience in administration - filing, scanning and general office support Utilising a database to look up information and data entry
- Email correspondence and inbox management as required
- Other general administrative tasks as directed
About You
- Previous experience in administration support
- Be a quick learner when provided appropriate instruction and guidance
- High level of administrative skills with a focus on time management and organisation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced skills in office software and technology
