About the Role

  • Providing general administrative support and Data Entry
  • Answering and responding incoming calls from the Public
  • Experience in administration - filing, scanning and general office support Utilising a database to look up information and data entry
  • Email correspondence and inbox management as required
  • Other general administrative tasks as directed

About You

  • Previous experience in administration support
  • Be a quick learner when provided appropriate instruction and guidance
  • High level of administrative skills with a focus on time management and organisation
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced skills in office software and technology
