This role of Business Operations Partner is a crucial role to the overall success of the Registrar and Student Administration department. You will assist the Manager of Student Records and Reporting, Registrar in managing the day to day operational plan for Registrar and Student Administrations teams including allocation and reallocation of resources to meet customer needs, optimise labour costs and business efficiencies. Together with your team you will ensure BKI's contracts and reporting needs of the business, for both internal and external stakeholders are adhered to and delivered on time.

Managing the Business Operations team you will be responsible for the configuration, administration and support services for the student management systems to maximise operational success. You will lase closely with ICT to optimise new and innovative solutions in reporting to the wider group. More specifically, you will be the main point of contact across Bendigo Kangan Institute to ensure timely and accurate reporting, data requirements and managing vacancies to ensure the customers experience is seamless.

To be successful in this role you will bring a broad range of experience and have the natural ability to understand system analytics and how to use data for business administration and operational decisions. You will have developed your career within a highly regulated and operational environments such as education or within a state or federal government department that has required you to manage and configure systems in conjunction with the ICT teams to assist you in producing accurate and timely data to make crucial business decisions. You are well regarded for your critical, analytical and organisational skills.
