MST are a Global Leader in Mining and heavy Industrial Communications solutions. - In this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships between company groups, customers and suppliers.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by:
- Driving company stakeholders to ensure products perform reliability at customer site.
- Constantly communicating with clients to ensure they have the product extensions and upgrades that they need.
- It will be responsible for the following;
- Sales - commercial delivery of purchase orders and/or contracts;
- Principle point of customer account contact.
- Business development at existing customer accounts; Customer relationship and overall satisfaction;
- Fiscal performance from accounts.
- We are looking for someone with experience in a high level solution sales / account management environment.
- Proven track record in creating customer solutions.
- Comfortable communicating with people at all levels and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Underground or surface mining operations exposure would be desirable.
- Experience with complex solution selling in the mining sector is desirable.
- Degree qualification in engineering or similar science oriented field.
