This National BDM role will see you reporting to the GM of Furphy Engineering and overseeing a small team of Sales Managers. You will identify and pursue new opportunities; build credible relationships with key stakeholders and promote the Furphy Engineering brand across Australia and into New Zealand through innovative means.

To be successful you will be a contemporary and engaging leader who is known for your outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You have a successful background in strategic business development and use a partnership-orientated approach to build long standing relationships and repeat business opportunities. Furthermore, you bring natural marketing nous with a proven ability to utilise digital and social media to promote your and your organisation's brand to relevant stakeholders / businesses.
