You will be required to have strong Business analysis skills to lead the analysis, run workshops, elicit the requirements and drive the solutions for the people stream

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Employee OR HR data experience
• Transformation and data migration experience
• Proficiency at advance level in MS - power point, excel etc.
• Banking & financial services experience required
• Wealth experience highly desirable
• MUST have solid agile work experience.
• Impeccable communication and presentation skills.
• Solid stakeholder engagement skills
