IT & Finance Business Analyst needed to join a team responsible for implementing a new Billing system. You will be required to work across both the Finance & IT side and work with stakeholders from both areas.
- Proven experience as a BA on Finance projects & IT projects
- Able to create functional and technical requirements documentation.
- Good experience in analytical tools, Excel etc
- Business/ Process improvement experience nice to have
- Billing systems related knowledge and experience is an advantage.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use case scenarios, task and workflow analysis.
- Engage and communicate with the various business streams, stakeholders
- Health industry experience nice to have
- Outline broad aspects of possible solution options and provide recommendations on preferred solutions
