One of TfNSW major divisions has an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced professional for the role - Associate Director Operations Management.
You will be responsible for designing, establishing and delivering day to day train crew resourcing and allocation for the network to achieve outcomes of service delivery, standards and compliance requirements.
Reporting directly into the Executive Director, you will build a 24/7 capability to ensure an accountable periodic roster for a 3,500 blue collar workforce is in place along with implementing ANAPLAN for rostering planning.
Essentially you will come with experience working within a complex organisation which comprises of detailed reliability functions and a 24/7 incident management capability.
This is very much a leadership role so you will need to have a solid understanding of how government operations are managed in terms of shifting processes, taking existing people through to a new environment serving the same deliverables with a different approach.
It is important to note that this is not a change management role as it is operational but there is a change element in terms of establishing a new function.
This is a permanent role within a great team of people who are working independently but collaboratively on an ongoing program delivering continuous development and improvement.
Remuneration is up to $235K package.
