One of TfNSW major divisions has an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced professional for the Associate Director Compliance and Assurance.
Reporting directly into the Executive Director, you will manage the end to end compliance and assurance throughout a major white and blue collar workforce associated with transport staff to ensure that regulatory, legislative and internal policy and standards are met.
Essentially you will come with experience working within a complex organisation which comprises of strict compliance and assurance policies across a large workforce from a detailed rostering perspective.
The role will Lead the root cause analysis of all operational safety investigations across the Directorate and be able to confidently seek CapEX/OpEx for all projects and programs that are required by crew management to deliver on their objectives.
You will need to review the compliance with respect to significant operating safety incidents to ensure a new competency assurance model is in place, this will involve a thorough review of safety risks assigned and develop a plan to ensure there are accurate arguments in place.
This is a permanent role within a great team of people who are working independently but collaboratively on an ongoing program delivering continuous development and improvement to assurance and compliance initiatives.
Remuneration is up to $235K package.
