Davidson Recruitment have been engaged to recruit a HR Adviser - for our government client who are based on the Gold Coast.
About the Role
- Provide advice to stakeholders on positive performance management and discipline issues.
- Deliver presentations and Information sessions.
- Drive Excellence in Recruitment by participating as a panel member.
- Undertake research and analysis of human resources legislation and policies.
- Support the leadership capability, performance management and workforce planning.
- Provide expert business focused HR management advice and project support on a wide range of complex HR resources and change management.
- Produce professional documents.
- Contribute to best practise and quality standards.
- Build and maintain working relationships with all Stakeholders.
This role would suit an enthusiastic, organised HR professional who has a background in Construction or Infrastructure.
- Gold Coast Location.
- 6 Month Contract.
- Government Organisation.
