  • Prepare, edit and manage a variety of materials including presentations, correspondence, reports and forms.
  • Diary and email management
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Expense claims
  • Travel arrangements
  • Minute taking
  • Administrative and coordination to support recruitment, marketing and committee meetings

Essential Skills

  • Previous similar experience
  • Ability to act with discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently and unsupervised
  • Advanced Excel / Word
  • Effective time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to create systems and to work efficiently and independently
  • Above average communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate tolerance, patience and empathy
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise work
