About the Company
Davidson are a preffered supplier of staff to state government and have an immediate opportunity for an experienced inbound call centre consultant. This is a temporary contract until the 30th of September, full time hours from Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.

About the Role

  • Answering inbound enquiries - 80-90 calls per day
  • Advising of application process and status
  • Searching database and updating information
  • Answering email enquiries
  • Use of multiple systems to find information for customer
  • Interpret legislation and communicate to customer

About You

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication- both verbal and written
  • Able to pick up new systems and learn quickly
  • Strong computer and systems knowledge
  • High attention to detail
