Davidson are a preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a growing government department based in Northern Gold Coast.
About the Role
The Business Services team provides support services within the region including vehicle fleet management, travel and accommodation management, asset and facilities management, reception, administration support, property claims and right to information requests, information and records management and management of the regional operational budget and accounts payable function. - Review procurement documentation and complete requisitions and variations within the Departments finance system
- SAP experience is desirable
- Capture and manage information into various electronic finance and information management systems
- Track and manage invoices for payment and liaise with external parties regarding discrepancies and ensure vendor payments are completed within the relevant payment timeframes
- Provide timely and accurate documents and maintain complex spreadsheets
- Prepare and format reports and statistical information for decision making
- Long term contract opportunity
- Gold Coast Location
- Exceptional hourly rate $40.60 p/hr + Super
