A position has become available for an experienced Administration / Customer Service Assistant. This role is contract opportunity based in the Moreton Bay Region north of the Brisbane CBD.

About the Role

  • Providing general administrative support to the business
  • Email correspondence and inbox management, filing, scanning and office management duties as required
  • Delivering a high level of customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Utilising databases to enter and manage data accurately

About You

  • Previous experience in administration or customer service roles in a government setting is desirable
  • Proven efficiency and time management in executing required functions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, take initiative and work effectively as part of a larger team
