About the Role

Based in Fortitude Valley, you will join a small, close-knit and engaged team. You will be the glue and heart of the office through providing support in reception, office coordination and events coordination.

Your responsibilities with include (but not be limited to):

  • Attend to the day to day running of office
  • Events organisation - contacting venues/going through attendee list and confirming - email and over the phone
  • Producing documents/course material (based on MS Word)
  • Use of PowerPoint to amend documents


About You

  • You will be regarded for your genuine care and dedication, along with the ability to take on a busy position
  • You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • You will be a fantastic team player with an approachable, easy going and friendly personality, which will be warmly welcomed by all members
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and rapport building skills are also paramount


In terms of professional background

  • A minimum three years' experience in a diverse administrative position
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and outgoing attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service communication skills
