About the Role

  • Filing, scanning and archiving files
  • Using systems appropriately and effectively to sort through incoming mail
  • Preparing files for scanning and storage
  • Unpacking files, lifting boxes and sorting out sensitive documents
  • Record keeping adhering to company policies and legislation

About You

  • Previous experience in record management/information management is highly desired
  • A can-do attitude and team approach to work
  • Exceptional communication skills
