About the Role
- Filing, scanning and archiving files
- Using systems appropriately and effectively to sort through incoming mail
- Preparing files for scanning and storage
- Unpacking files, lifting boxes and sorting out sensitive documents
- Record keeping adhering to company policies and legislation
- Previous experience in record management/information management is highly desired
- A can-do attitude and team approach to work
- Exceptional communication skills
- Full-time hours
- Parking available on-site
- Highly supportive and close-knit team
- MUST be an Australian Citizen
