About the Role
- Providing general administrative support and data entry
- Answering and responding incoming calls from the public
- Experience in administration - filing, scanning and general office support utilising a database to look up and amend information
- Email correspondence and inbox management as required
- Previous experience in administration in a Government setting
- A quick learner when provided appropriate instruction and guidance
- High level of administrative skills with a focus on time management and organisation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An enthusiastic worker who will take pride in contributing to a larger team
- Opportunity to work for Local, State or Federal Government
