Our client is a long-established manufacturer, servicing the construction sector. We are currently seeking a full-function Accounts Payable Officer to assist for a period of 12 months, in either a part-time or full-time capacity.
About the Role
You will be wholly responsible for full-function Accounts Payable and offer general support to other accounts areas.
Your responsibilities will include -
- Processing and reconciliation of supplier payments
- Payment runs
- Ensuring adherence to Terms of Trade
- Database management
- Liaising with suppliers
- Bank reconciliations
You must have a minimum three years' experience in Accounts Payable and a great hands-on approach - in this office it is a team effort!
- Bayside location
- Mid-march start
- 12 month contract
- 8.00am to 4.30pm workday
- Fixed term with full leave entitlements or option to be paid an hourly casual rate
