A03 Administration Officer

Davidson are a preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We have an urgent opportunity for a Administration Officer (A03) to start next week in the Brisbane CBD

About the Role

The Administrations Officers tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Follow processes and guidelines to assess and process applications
  • Provide service and advice to clients through the use of information systems
  • Handle multiple tight timeframes and deadlines
  • Prepare legal documents under guidance of your team
  • Be a productive part of a multi-disciplinary team

About You

As the ideal candidate you can demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar role and organisation (Property background desired)
  • Strong administration experience
  • Strong relationship building skills and customer service
  • Excellent time management
