About the Role
Reporting the Head of People, this newly created role will be responsible for ensuring the relationship between the organisation and their people are managed through transparent workplace relations frameworks and processes.
You will be working as part of a high performing and supportive HR team of five who aim for excellence in their service delivery. As a senior member within the team, your ability to coach, provide high level support and guidance in ER/IR whilst delivering both tactical and strategic direction will see you succeed here.
You will positively contribute to the organisation’s corporate goals, best practice concepts and objectives through valuable workplace programs and solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate expertise in employee relations gained from a services-based industry. Experience in the health and human services industry would be highly regarded. Experience in an organisation reliant on the services of volunteers would also be highly regarded.
Your understanding of the complexities of workplace behaviour and employee relations will also be essential for driving strategic employee experience initiatives across the organisation with measurable results.
You must be an excellent communicator with an ability to translate strategic concepts into business plans. A passion for building trusted and valued relationships with integrity is a critical component of this role.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources are essential.
