About the Role
- Handling high volume of incoming calls, customer queries and complaints.
- Utilising database to record information and respond to emails.
- Provide accurate advice to customers.
- Complete all ad hoc administrative tasks as necessary.
You have experience in customer call centres and resolutions. You have the ability to retain information and provide effective advice in a timely manner. You have a passion for customer service and going above and beyond.
- $38.13/hr + super.
