  • Salary package circa $145,000 and multiple office location options
Our client is a significant provider of services to the Victorian community and is committed to improving workforce participation and contributing to Victoria’s ongoing economic growth. With a new CEO, the organisation is embarking on a new era that will revitalize their offering, better connect them with customers and in turn lift their profile within the sector and community.
Reporting to a key executive, you will partner with the new CEO and whole executive team, finalising the development and ongoing maintenance of their enterprise-wide strategy. A key to the organisations future success, you will lead a small research function and ensure the strategy is underpinned by quality research and analysis.
Additionally, you will manage the corporate relations team and stakeholder management plan and activities for the organisation. With the goal of improving the external and internal stakeholder engagement, with your leadership all involved will have a clear plan as to who they are responsible for and key messages and objectives outlined. Through improved strategic communications you will lift connectedness and commitment to the organisation which will further benefit business development activities.
To be successful in this role you will bring a strong strategic communications background and have demonstrated experience working with a diverse range of executives. You are well regarded for your strategic mindset and have a proven track record of taking organisational strategy and distilling this into clear messages and stories to engage audiences both internal and externally. You enjoy working with consumer research to help shape evidence based decision making and pride yourself on your political acumen and judgement.
