About the Company
A contract opportunity exists for an experienced HR Advisor for four months, based in Brisbane CBD. The organisation has recently gone through some exciting changes and with internal secondments they are now looking to back fill this vacancy.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a HR Advisor to take charge and work closely with management and team leaders across Australia. You will be advising on current process, policies and procedures and be encouraged to bring new ideas with you during this time. This opportunity is broad and does require generalist experience. You will be able to work alongside individuals that are not only passionate about the business but are equipped with years’ of experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Review and update the performance management policy and procedures
  • Provide advice on performance management training across the organisation
  • Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback on behaviours and establish objectives
  • Manage remuneration survey work, and analysis of data
  • Develop and maintain salary grades and compensation packages
  • Manage annuals bonuses and salary reviews and provide advice to management
  • Provide advice on employee contracts, transfers and terminations
  • Updating and maintain HR records on internal system
About You
You will be a passionate and experienced HR professional with a transactional approach to your work. You are comfortable in a fast paced, ever changing environment that requires you to constantly manage the moving pieces.
In order for you to be successful in this role you will have the following:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • Previous experience as a HR generalist
  • Up to date knowledge of general Human Resources processes and procedures
  • High level of internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Strong coaching skills with the ability to influence key decision makers
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and ability to set goals
  • You will be tech savvy and are happy to challenge the status quo
