About the Role:
Davidson are partnered with a key client who have an immediate need for customer care advisors for a fixed term contract commencing in January. If you are passionate about customer service and have an outgoing and friendly nature we would love to hear from you. The role is based in the Brisbane CBD, working a rotating roster between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Full training is provided.
Responsibilities:

Provide professional and outstanding customer service via phone providing first call resolution
- Answer enquiries in relation to products, information on account enquiries, basic amendments to accounts and assisting with catch up payments
- Update and maintain the databased with customer information and keep accurate records
- Assist in actioning new application forms and customer requests
- Knowledge and understanding of company policies, procedures and legislation
- Working in a fast paced environment with a high volume workload
- Contribute to and support other team members to foster a great team culture

Skills and Experience:
-
Exceptional customer service and demonstrated the ability to go above and beyond
- Experience within financial services, banking and insurance is highly regarded
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Well developed communication skills – both written and verbal
- Reliable, punctual and committed to work
