About the Company

Davidson is currently recruiting for a range of businesses across the commercial and Government sectors. The Queensland Government is currently undertaking several key projects which require an experienced Administration/ Call Centre Officer to join their team.


About the Role

The role will have you providing support proactive administrative duties to the staff including:
  • Word processing, preparation of letter and reports
  • Answering high volume calls, responding to emails and responding to in person queries from staff and customers
  • filing, photocopying and sorting
  • Must be flexible with hours espically over Christmas 
  • initially a 4 week contract - may get extended 

About You

To be considered for this opportunity you should: 
  • Great communications skills, in person, over the phone and via email
  • Happy to set priorities to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to actively seek feedback
  • Experience in administration is required
