About the Role

Reporting the HR Director, this newly created role will provide best practice HR advice and support to managers and employees at all levels, with a particular focus on ER and IR matters. 
You will be working as part of a high performing and supportive HR team of seven who aim for excellence in their service delivery.  As a senior member within the team, your ability to provide high level, high volume ER support and guidance whilst delivering both tactical and strategic direction will see you succeed here. 
This role is involve regular interstate travel (every two to three weeks) to numerous sites where you will be working alongside Managers to empower, educate and supporting them through complex matters. 

You will positively contribute to the organisation’s goals, best practice concepts and objectives through valuable workplace programs and solutions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate expertise in employee relations gained from a services-based industry.  Experience in the health and human services industry would be highly regarded.  
Your understanding of the complexities of workplace behaviour and employee relations will also be essential for driving strategic employee experience initiatives across the organisation with measurable results. 
You must be an excellent communicator with an ability to translate strategic concepts into business plans.  A passion for building trusted and valued relationships with integrity is a critical component of this role. 

Proven success at a Business Parter and/or HR Management level is highly desired.  
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources are also essential.
