Serving as a strategic partner to the Wyndham Senior Leadership Team, the Chief People Officer (CPO) will support the Chief Executive Officer to deliver “Our Wyndham, Towards 2040” by creating a positive, high performing culture, where Wyndham staff are empowered to deliver outstanding outcomes for the community.
The CPO will focus on workforce planning, recruitment, performance, and culture. The CPO will continue to lead a welcoming, supportive, contemporary and flexible work environment, ensuring that the potential and performance of all staff is optimised and that a constructive culture is developed and maintained and thus ensuring Wyndham is viewed as an employer of choice.
To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic thinker with a track record managing high performing teams. With an appreciation for the public sector, you possess highly developed leadership capabilities and you are a specialist in developing and maintaining stakeholder relations. You are a values driven leader who is known for your collaborative approach and genuine commitment to making a difference in community.
