To support their growth plans, an opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Finance Professional to join the team, in a role that will see them working in partnership with the Executive Leaders across the business to achieve long-term sustainable growth.
About the Role

This role will be influential in managing the global consolidation process along with providing exceptional leadership to the direct reports within your Team.  Working closely with the Group’s CFO you will be charged with the following responsibilities.
  • Drive commercial strategies and initiatives to grow profitability in markets
  • Manage the global consolidation of reporting across a complex financial environment
  • Provide direction and support for the finance directors in each of the regions
  • Ensure complete financial control over foreign exchange management and identify key financial risks for the organisation
  • Understand and work through technical issues including transfer pricing, working capital arrangements and foreign exchange.
About You

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience at the Management or Controller level in a large complex organisation operating across a number of markets. You will have extensive experience in managing group consolidations and you will have experience in risk mitigation and FX management. You will have a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience post CA/CPA qualification and demonstrated strong leadership experience.  It is essential that you are a natural influencer with the ability to engage as a true business partner along with the capacity to travel at short notice when required.
