Job Description

Davidson is currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator/Document Controller to start immediately. This position is based in Wacol, working Monday to Friday during standard business hours. This position is also responsible for the front reception while carrying out your administrative tasks. You will demonstrate a positive attitude and feel comfortable assisting with any task as required. To succeed you will be proactive, self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities can include:
- Document control and drafting new documentation ensuring high quality
- Uploading documentation, using correct naming conventions
- Create folders and allocate correct documents
Data entry of documents with high level accuracy and attention to detail
- Greeting visitors on arrival to reception
- Answering phone enquiries and responding to emails
- Creating and updating excel spreadsheets for reporting purposes
- Order stationary, office and kitchen supplies as needed
- Scanning, filing and organising folders
- Manage and tidy office and meeting rooms

Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated experience as within administration and document control
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word
- Well developed communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and priorities and responsibilities
- Professional, reliable and a positive attitude
