It has been identified through various initiatives to optimise business performance, there is a need for an experienced analyst to join the team.
About the Role
As the successful Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with the Manager of Business Performance to help document and map all processes across their business divsion. You will play a pivotal role in monitoring and mapping current and future business requirements for key business stakeholders and identify new and alternative approaches to business activities. This role will focus on policy and procedure documentation and support the design quality, governance and risk management requirements of the business division. Key to success in this role will be understanding key business unit requirements and translating this into Business as Usual.
To be considered for this specialist role, you will have previous experience as a Business Process Analyst and have strong experience within business process mapping. You will be have excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and have the ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment. You will develop a clear understanding of the existing process applying BPMN process design principles and documetn these processes for use in the knwoledge bank. Experience with LEAN and Six Sigma would also be beneficial along with excellent communication skills and sound stakeholder engagement.
