Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you will provide direction, mentoring and support to the Maintenance and Service Delivery Group. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success in maintaining the reliability of assets through maintenance and repair programs. You will lead a constructive workplace culture that prioritises health, safety and wellbeing and team performance. You will lead and manage a diverse and skillful workforce to deliver on the needs of our customers. This role will ensure that the program is delivered against time, cost and safety requirements whilst driving commercial, efficiency and quality improvements.
To be successful in this role, you bring proven experience leading teams delivering maintenance services in an asset intensive environment and have a proven ability to think strategically, identify emerging issues, problem solve and apply creative solutions. You will further develop the high-performance culture within your teams located across multiple sites. You will continue the good work already in place identifying efficiency opportunities, and maintain strong reporting standards around KPI’s including customer service standards, program performance, safety and budget.
