Based in Pyrmont near Darling Harbour in their corporate head office

Opportunity for an experienced service desk analyst to work on level 1 & 2 support duties where call volumes are not that high. 

Several hundred users across Australia and New Zealand

Key skills:

* Experience in a microsoft environment (O365 , Acitve Directory)
* ServiceNow ticketing
* Need excellent communication skills
* Looking for candidates that can hep streamline and automate support duties
* Attoutude and a willingness to learn are very important.
* Support covers 7am to 7pm (flexibility required)
