We are actively engaging in conversations with Senior Business Development Consultants to support our national business growth and assist our clients in achieving their organisational goals and aspirations for their people.
Our consultants come from two backgrounds:
- Either, you have been an Executive Search Consultant, talking to the C-Suite day in day out, but are searching for a way to make a larger, more broader impact on their business;
- Alternatively, you have experience in HR Consulting, and are seeking to learn more, and be at the forefront of Employee Experience Measurement and Management.
We want someone who can use their existing networks, as well as having the ability to build new connections with leaders in Australian and International brands to build strong relationships and deliver amazing projects.
Some of our current projects include:
- Employee life-cycle mapping for a leading Australian Health Care organisation
- Employee listening projects for a global brand
- Leadership feedback surveys, including 360 degree feedback for one of Australia’s largest government departments
